What is the minimum order I can place with the CFV wholesale pet supply program?

The minimum order for the CFV wholesale pet supply program is $100.00 USD.

What is the lead time on orders from the CFV wholesale pet supply program?

The lead time on wholesale pet supply orders is two weeks. However, most of the time, we are able to ship your wholesale pet supply order within several days of the transaction date.

How is shipping calculated for orders from the CFV wholesale pet supply program?

Shipping costs within the wholesale pet supply system are flat rated as long as they do not contain pet food. All wholesale pet supply orders that do not contain pet food and are under $1100.00 USD are a flat rate of $10.00 USD. Shipping costs are free for all wholesale pet supply orders that do not contain pet food and are over $1100.00 USD.

If you are compiling a wholesale pet supply order on our website that does contain pet food, the shipping costs adhere to the aforementioned flat rate fees plus freight charges based on the weight of the food as per Federal Express Ground Shipping charts.

How do I know if my order qualifies for pallets, ( LTL) Less then Truckload, or Truckload shipping?

Minimum weight for a LTL is 500 lbs.
Minimum weight for a Truckload is about 40,000 lbs.

The average weight on a single pallet is approximately 1800 lbs.

Is there a reduced pricing structure if I place a large order from the CFV wholesale pet supply program?

Yes. If you purchase $1100.00 or more in a single purchase from the CFV wholesale pet supply program, your organization will qualify to become a pet supply distributor. As a pet supply distributor your organization would receive distributor pricing rates. Depending on product selection, distributor pricing is typically 20%-30% additional off of the published wholesale pricing rates.

Is there a limit to the amount I can order from the CFV wholesale pet supply program?

With proper lead time, The Carefree Vet should be able to accommodate transactions of any size or request.
