We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on the Site. Except as stated below, all amended terms shall automatically be effective 30 days after they are initially posted on the Site. This Agreement may not be otherwise amended except in a writing signed by you and The Carefree Vet. This Agreement is effective upon acceptance in registration for new registering users, and is otherwise effective on September 1st, 2004 for all users.

If you use, advertise, transmit, or suggest on The Carefree Vet, you herewith grant The Carefree Vet and its affiliates, advertisers, partners, sponsors or sublicenses a non-exclusive perpetual irrevocable and fully sublicensable right to fully use for any purpose such information or suggestion throughout the world in any media and without any compensation to you.

The Carefree Vet and its affiliates, partners, sponsors, and suppliers are not liable under any theory of law for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages.

The Carefree Pet does not allow the use of profanity or patently vulgar language. This includes the use of language that is racist, hateful, sexual, or obscene in nature in a public area. This policy extends to text within the veterinary contact listings, your personalized web page housed on The Carefree Vet servers, or on any subsequent linked information from The Carefree Vet web site.

Without limiting any other remedies, The Carefree Vet may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with The Carefree Vet website.

"Your Information" is defined as any information you provide to us or other users in the registration, veterinary listing process, in any public message area or through any link or email addresses listed on our site or subsequent linked sites. You are solely responsible for Your Information, and we act as a passive conduit for your online distribution and publication of Your Information.

Your Information (or any items listed) and your activities on the The Carefree Vet or subsequent linked websites shall not: (a) be false, inaccurate or misleading; (b) be fraudulent(c) infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; (d) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing unfair competition, antidiscrimination or false advertising); (e) be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; (f) be obscene or contain child pornography or pornography of any nature (g) contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, easter eggs or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information; (h) create liability for us or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of our ISPs or other suppliers; and (i) link directly or indirectly to or include descriptions of goods or services that: (aa) are prohibited under this Agreement; (bb) you do not have a right to link to or include.

Disciplinary action may result in the indefinite suspension of a user's account, temporary suspension, or a formal warning. The Carefree Vet will consider the circumstances of an alleged policy violation and the user's history before taking action.

We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our services, and operation of The Carefree Vet may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control.

We do not control the information provided by other users that is made available through our system. You may find other user's information to be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive. Please use caution, common sense, and practice safe trading when using The Carefree Vet. Please note that there are also risks of dealing with underage persons or people acting under false pretense. Additionally, there may also be risks dealing with international trade and foreign nationals. By using this The Carefree Vet, you agree to accept such risks and The Carefree Vet is not responsible for the acts or omissions of users on our website.
